If you are a Certified SymptoPro Instructor, or an Instructor In-Practicum (who has been approved to instruct for at least one year), please pay your annual affiliation fee here and your enrollment into the instructor affiliation portal will be renewed for one year.
**If your affiliation has lapsed for more than 3 months you will also need to purchase the re-certification fee to begin the process of reinstating your certification to instruct.
