We are excited to grow closer and explore this method of family planning. The SymptoPro course was very helpful in our efforts in family planning.

The course was very informative and definitely gave me a better understanding of my own fertility and signs. I appreciate having that knowledge and how the class uses inclusive and positive language to empower users of the NFP method.

I have been using NFP to a degree for years, after self-study. But I find that I understand so much more in depth after taking this course. I not only know how to apply NFP to my life, but I know the reasons and the science behind it.

I am very glad that I got a chance to learn about NFP. I really wish someone would have taught me this method in high school so that I could have had a better understanding of my body all my life.

This course gave me more confidence in my decision to use NFP and my ability to apply it to my marriage. It was very informative and clearly taught. The actives and forums really helped test the knowledge I was given throughout each session.

This course has helped us gain a deeper understanding of my cycle health and how to track it to achieve pregnancy and thoughtfully space our future children. Each video has been incredibly helpful and easy to follow.

This course has been an empowering experience. It has helped me understand my body's natural rhythms and allowed me to feel more connected to my health. I also feel more connected to my partner. Charting and learning about NFP has given us new levels of respect, trust, and intentionality within our relationship. 

I enjoyed learning more about fertility signs and tracking! I’ve tracked my cycle using apps beforehand, they use algorithm to determine my peak days— but learning how cycle tracking works, as well as additional fertility tracking methods has been super helpful in understanding my body!

I truly loved this course and will continue to use NFP. I have also already told my girlfriends about it!

This was an extremely informative course. It has helped my be far more intuitive with my body and aware of what things mean and how they can help in trying to conceive. It has also helped my fiancé understand the things we need to do as a couple when abstaining or trying to conceive. I really enjoyed just how much knowledge I have gained from this course.

I've tried a couple different self taught methods to understand my CM [cervical mucus] but it never clicked until I learned SymptoPro.

This course was very eye opening and I am feeling much more confident in understanding my cycle after coming off of hormonal birth control. I think every woman should take the time to learn about fertility awareness, I wish I had learned all of this sooner. I enjoyed the mix of video learning and readings and having an instructor to reach out to even after the course is wonderful.

I was highly skeptical before starting the course, but the course helped us realize that we were misinformed about a lot of the information regarding the effectiveness of NFP methods. I also feel more connected to my body, my health, and my partner than ever before as a result of this process!

I really enjoyed this course! I can honestly say I learned more about my cycle than I did in any biology class. It was informative and interesting!
